Coaches

Jeff and Elizabeth Elworthy are the owners and co-principals of DanceLink. They both have many years of experience in teaching and coaching all ages and all styles of ballroom dancing benefiting from their extensive and international competitive careers.

Both, Jeff and Elizabeth are registered in all styles of ballroom dancing as coaches, adjudicators and examiners with DanceSport Australia, the governing body for competitive dancesport in Australia.

Jeff is also a registered scrutineer, Director of DanceSport Australia, and is qualified to act as an International DanceSport Federation Chairman of Adjudicators at both national and international dancesport events. He is one of only two internationally qualified chairmen of adjudicators in Australia.

Elizabeth's forte is the competitive side of the sport and has trained couples from beginners to the highest level and is regularly invited to adjudicate at major dancesport events nationally. Until recently, Elizabeth has been involved in the administration of the sport within the state and nationally spanning almost twenty years.

Blake Elworthy brings a lifetime of experience to the sport and is now a registered coach with DanceSport Australia. He has been involved with all facets of ballroom dancing including national competitions and championships, medal examinations, displays and coaching. Blake also spent many years on the state board for DanceSport Australia.
